Dr. Haley Hedrick, Psy. D., is a Psychologist Resident resident working under the supervision of Dr. Michelle Gordon-Lown, PsyD. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from George Fox University in 2025, completing her pre-doctoral internship in pediatric health psychology at Ochsner Children’s Hospital in New Orleans. She earned a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2016 and worked in mental health emergency response for several years. Throughout her clinical career and training she has garnered diverse experience and skills in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and behavioral health consultation with clients aged across the lifespan in both outpatient and inpatient settings. At Cornerstone, Dr. Hedrick offers sees clients ranging in age from early adolescence to middle-late adulthood, and her services include individual/family psychotherapy, and comprehensive neuropsychological assessment. She has unique experience and specialized training in psychological support for chronic health conditions, working at the intersection of managing physical symptoms and maintaining/improving a meaningful quality of life- with some of her special interests including Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction (DGBI’s), Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), and Type 1 Diabetes (among others). In addition to her interests in health psychology, Dr. Hedrick enjoys working with neurodiversity, as well as in areas of anxiety, depression, (complex) trauma, grief/bereavement, spiritual integration, social identity development, and family of origin issues. Her therapy style is warm, relational, and often explores questions related to meaning-making and building a life that feels tangibly worth living. In her free time, Dr. Hedrick enjoys live sports, music production, comedy, and exploring Portland’s neighborhood bookstores.
