Psychology Residency 2025-2026: Full Time
Cornerstone Clinical Services, P.C., is a group practice offering outpatient psychiatric and psychological care from beautiful facilities located in the Southeast and Southwest suburbs of Portland, Oregon. Established in 2004 by an ownership board of six experienced clinicians, CCS serves both the faith-based and secular community with twenty-two providers, including four prescribers, and psychologists/social workers/licensed counselors, trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities. Due to consistent referrals from employers, third party payers, churches, religious organizations, schools and former clients, we are extending invitations to both adult and pediatric doctoral level residents to join our mission of offering professional, compassionate and quality care. Upon completion of residency and licensure, there may be full time opportunities available.
Position Description: The Psychology Residency at Cornerstone is meant to be an excellent training experience in providing psychological services within a group private practice. The Psychology Resident will provide outpatient services to clients referred to them by the clinic. The Psychology Resident should expect to schedule 32+ client contact hours each week to ensure that they are gaining sufficient clinical hours to complete the residency in one year.
Full-Time Position (40 hours)
Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2025 (or when the Resident Supervision Contract is approved)
Duration: Approximately 1 year
Location: Services will be provided in both the Tigard and Milwaukie offices.
Supervision: Two hours per week. Additional supervision may be provided related to psychological assessment.
Consultations: Over the course of your residency, Cornerstone will provide consultation times with licensed psychologists in our practice focusing on areas of their expertise. Residents may be required to complete reading in advance. Continuing Education allowance for training opportunities outside of Cornerstone and training materials and support for the EPPP licensing exam will also be made available upon request.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $60,000
Benefits: Benefits are available after a waiting period and include medical insurance (50% of employee premium paid by Cornerstone); dental insurance (100% of employee premium paid by Cornerstone); 401(k) Plan with employer match; Life/ADD Insurance; optional Long-Term Disability Insurance; Professional Liability Insurance for residency year; Seven (7) paid holidays, Sick leave accrual (up to 40 hours/year) and Vacation leave accrual (80 hours/year).
